Can I rent a limo for just one hour?

Answer:
Normally, No - minimum rental time is 2 hours, unless you just need to be picked up or dropped off. Minimum bookings can increase to 5 or more hours in times of high demand like weddings and proms. Waiting periods are also part of your rental time. However, we do occasionally have a few time slots available for one hour bookings - Please call us to check on availability.

How far in advance should I book a limo?

Answer:
Book as soon as you are ready. Limos are booked on a first come, first serve basis. However, we do also accept last minute orders based on availability - Please call us to check on availability.

Are deposits required?

Answer:
Yes, a Credit Card or Postdated Check is required on any rental except Airport Transportation. No deposit is required for Airport Transportation.

What is your payment procedure?

Answer:
First, a Credit Card or Postdated Check is required for deposit. You can also prepay your order at anytime. Balance is required at the time the driver arrives for the rental. Payments can be made by Check, Cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Any additional payments based on damage, repairs or unusual cleaning will be billed to you.

Answer:
Since early 2001.


Rules and Policies

A nonrefundable cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
      14 day - 25%, 7 day - 50%, 48 HOURS - 100%

A full fare, plus a 20% gratuity, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (No-show). If for any reason, you can not locate the chauffeur, call us at (815)-509-2067 to avoid being billed as a no-show. Do not leave your location without calling us. A Touch of Class Limo shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.

While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the clients choose to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.

Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

Pickup and drop-off service is Door to Door and can include up to 2 pickups ($10 per extra pickup).

Limo Hourly Rate starts at the time that was given during reservation. If our time allows us, and you exceed your time, you will be charged by the half hour.

All of our Luxury Vehicles are non-smoking.

A Touch of Class Limo will charge clients a "Getting Sick in Car Fee" of $300.00 for cleaning. You can always avoid this fee by asking your driver, in time, to pull over safely or stop in any service area so you can refresh yourself.

Any damage occurring during service will be the responsibility of the cardholder. Such as broken glassware ($10.00 per glass), damage to carpet, seats, radio, TV, and tearing of the car interior (minimum of $500.00 plus the vehicle downtime). Fees will be charged accordingly.

A Touch of Class Limo reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to possess or consume alcohol in the vehicle under any circumstance.

If the limousine rental is to be by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (21).

A Touch of Class Limo is absolutely not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
