We are delighted to offer our Luxury Transportation Service to you and your guests. But, please understand there are certain things you should, and should not do during your Limo ride. We will try to touch on these things below. But First and Foremost - Proper Limo Etiquette begins with the most basic of all rules:

Be respectful to A Touch of Class Limo property.

Our Top of the Line Luxury Fleet Limo's are very expensive, and must be treated with care.

All passengers must agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. A Touch of Class Limo reserves the right to expel any person from our vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. The use of profanity, lewd behavior, harassment of any type, at any given time toward the driver or anyone else will be cause for termination of your ride. The driver will return you to the pickup address immediately if there is a violation of these rules and no refunds will be given!

The driver also has the right to, at any time, stop the vehicle and ask a passenger to exit, in the event that the passenger mistreats the vehicle or driver in any manner.

Passengers are expected to act safe and obey all laws - including no drugs or illegal substances. Alcohol consumption by minors (under 21) is absolutely prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the ride without a refund (if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of any rider). Also, it is Illegal to stand through the sunroof, so please do not do this.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our Limousines.

The privacy window privilege is up to the chauffeur's discretion.

For your safety and comfort, we will not transport more persons than the maximum legal allowance.

While we are happy to let you bring personal compact disks (CD's), and other various personal items along for your ride, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after the completion of your Limousine rental period.

A gratuity of 15 to 20% is customary, and it is also customary to enclose the bills in an envelope and hand them directly to our driver after completion of your fare.

We understand the sheer delight that our Luxury Limousines offer, but please remember to practice Proper Limo Etiquette to insure a completely care free experience.
